Gt3rs Ac

I just had GT3 cup seats installed and had my Valentine 1 hard wired, now the AC doesn't seem to work. Anyone have similar experience?

Sounds like an Instal gone wrong. Shouldn't happen and never heard of something like this before.

Good luck in sorting it out though!

I'm sure this is the cause.

I've had my V1's hard wired in my Range Rover's, Benzo's and P-cars and never an issue...

The dealer installed both the seats and the V1 wiring. I have a call in, but of course it's a holiday. Thanks

check the fuses for the AC. the fuse box is locatd by the driver side foot well. im assuming your V1 is located somewhere high by your rearview mirror and then they fed the power lines along the headliner, A pillar then behind the rubber door moldings to your foot well. there is a free fuse location which everyone uses for the V1. perhaps they pulled your AC fuse out by accident

just got back from the dealer, apparently the compressor wasn't filled at the factory. They say they've had a few such cases....it's nice and cold now!

Good to hear that. Last month, my M3 had a small leak in one of the hoses and it wasn't as cold as it should. The dealership fixed it under warranty.
