I was at the local Porsche dealer today, and there on the floor was a brand new white GT2. I just stood there and I have to say that is the nicest Porsche, bar none, I've ever seen. No aftermarket mods, bone stock and white to boot. It sure gives you Porsche envy! you GT2 owners are a lucky bunch.

I still have not seen one in person... I think the going rate is in the very high 200K area, which is kinda crazy considering you can get a pristine 6gt2 for just over 1/3 that price.

Gt2

The one I saw listed for 200K and the dealer wanted an additional 100K mark up. Come on lotto numbers

A friend who is a mechanic there said they will get it. Silicon valley millionaires abound.

Good point, 997 GT2 prices are way too high right now...

At a dealer I saw a GT2 and a GT3 together and i must say I still think the 3 has got me. Not that I'd turn down a 2 or anything

GT3-RS is an awesome machine... until you realize how much faster the GT2 is. By third gear, the GT2 pulls away pretty hard.

Looks are subjective, I like the GT2 in black... looks sinister.

I think the GT3 is the most tasteful subtle Porsche we can get today.
Very muscular without being over bearing.
