Very easy project, can be done in well under an hour and doesn't require bumper removal. I have also scanned the template into a PDF. email me if you want a copy.

Just want to let everyone know the expanded sheet is still available at Osh, it's in the sheet metal section. The store clerk didn't know what it was so I asked him to check the computer to confirm the sku and to find the location. I think I paid around $35 for exactly the same thing. Will be doing the mod soon.

Btw, I am not sure if it is made with stainless steel because a magnet would stick to it. Feels very similar to my gutter guard which is made with galvanized steel. It's good enough for me as long as it does not rust easily. I hope the black coating will last a few years.

The mesh sheet I bought from OSH rusted quickly after a few days of rain. I am going to try stainless steel next time.
