Great time to buy GT3 or RS!
Is this a great time to buy? I just completed an Ebay search and found many GT3 and RS cars available with the lowest prices I have seen yet. Even the once exclusive RS is readily available at competitive pricing. It is truly a buyers market and it appears prices will continue to drop as more cars show up on the market. Those that sat on the sidelines will surely be rewarded for their patience. I suppose supply and price will continue to favor the buyer as we move forward. This economy sucks.

Hey Bill, remember me? I did inquire about your 997TT, didn't go through with you as I was short on money, well finally got mine.
Anyway, I saw a few GT3 Rs available on those sites, however the options were abit off for my liking, no full leather, Navi, and PCCBs, those cars however are still high priced...

WildBill- I know what you mean. Just about every car has taken a huge hit. Watching these prices are soooo tempting that I just force myself to wait even more. But I'd rather have the economy back as it was before and pay more for things!
i hope as a society we will learn to work hard and save for the things we want in life.
back to OP. yes, the deals on GT3 and RS are sweet. patience will pay dividend my friend
IMHO, in some ways i don't want the economy to be back where it was when people are using their houses to write checks to buy luxury items with second or third home loans. Janitors were getting million dollars home loans in the Bay Area and college students drive off new BMW without even blinking an eye. we are in this mess because of greed and thoughtless spending from average Joe tax payer all the way up to the banks and Fed chairman.

I am just playing around as that is EXACTLY what my Father says on a daily basis and its 100% correct. A lesson i think (hope) many of us have had to learn the hard way.
That being said, if there was any way i could trade my Cayman for a GT3RS i would finance that puppy for 30 years
I too am saving the old fashioned way, although it's going to take me some time. I've seen them going for great prices on eBay. A white 07 went for under $85K about two weeks ago. Low miles too. Wish I had the money for a toy right now.
i think nyc123 posted he had a <500 mile perfect green car for sale ; i remember seeing photos of it when he bought it. no sure where on 6Spd it might be but Pm him.
some really nice ones out there. i agree, perfect time to find your perfect car.
