I've been looking at this car for a while. It was originally a Florida car, but has now ended up in Texas through a dealer auction.
Anybody here owned or been in contact with this car???
When I spoke to Raj at Braman Porsche in West Palm (who previously owned the car personally) he mentioned that this car had the RS flywheel as well, but the Ebay add doesn't mention it. Car has been tracked (lightly according to Raj) and had the OEM half cage in it.
It seems like a fair deal if everything is in order. No RMS issues Etc.
Please someone shed some light on this before I pull the trigger.....................

kinda looked like my old car but its not. if i remember correctly, that car had a fender painted. there's another thread about that car here somewhere.

i definitely do not want to spread any false rumors, but I saw a white gt3 with RS wing and yellow calipers run at the auction down here. Since I know the RS wing is among the most common mods on these cars and white seems to be the most popular color, this COULD BE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR. I can tell you that the particular car that I looked at had at the very minimum, significant paintwork. Just make sure you check the car out and request paint meter readings if possible. IIRC, the rear quarter of the car I looked at had the most significant work.

I looked at the car and everything looked fine. Definitely doesn't have the half cage though. How much does an RS wing cost???

oem RS decklid/wing is $12k + paint.

 

Not OEM, but Cargraphic offers a replica RS wing for 1/2 that. The decklid comes in fiberglass or carbon fiber. I did CF. Pictures next week.

 

None that I noticed, though I didn't really look at it too hard b/c I'm looking for one in slate grey.
