B16 Damptronic

I find the stock 7GT2 to lack shock rebound for a high speed track such as Mosport.

The B16 is the only shock that will work on a 7GT2, using Motons or JRZ will cause computer problems.

Has anyone tried this shock system?
Any info would be great, thanks.

You can actually still use a Moton/JRZ set up if you go to a Porsche dealer and have the PASM recalibrated with a PIWIS. It's a pretty simple process and that way you could probably get a much more robust set up than a B16.

I was told by a Euro tuner that the 7GT2 is the only car that did not work with the PASM turned off.
There are other chassis sensors that will cause problems with the TC thus cutting power.

I want to go with the Motons or JRZ's but do not want to lose the TC and SC.

One thing I noticed is the price of the B16 Damptronic is lower in NA then if you buy it in Europe or a direct supplier such as FVD.

Does this mean it's different spec part?

The only difference in the part number is the NA unit has HO on the end of it.
