997 GT3 Rear Brake Calipers

I am looking for pictures of 997 GT3 Rear Brake Calipers, particularly the back where the pads are removed. I have tried the search but couldn't find anything.

Calipers must be removed to replace pads

Thanks for the picture.

So what do people do, leave the track pads in all the time? or do they pull them off, replace the bolts?

Why would they be different then the system on the C2S or even the Front Calipers?

Are the PCCB's like this as well?

PCCB Calipers are the same.

Bolts are "stretch" bolts and should be replaced each time.

Seems like a PIA, do you leave the OEM pads in, or do you switch them for the track?

i leave the track pads in. too much hassle switching back-n-forth. the oem pads are in a box somewhere in my garage.

If I lived closer to a decent track, then perhaps that might work, but I want to drive it when ever it works for me. Otherwise I would strip a car down and put a full cage in it!

Buy a GT3 for track use, keep the C2S for street use, problem solved, thank me later and buy me a beer.

Thanks for the advise Tim, but I am limited to two garage spaces and we have three cars right now. Perhaps if you bought a building for storage and let me keep a car there....

I leave my Pagids in year round and have learned to modulate the brake pedal to eliminate 97% of the squeal. I upgraded to the GT3 calipers and rotors.

Ah. I've always wondered why Porsche switched to the "closed" caliper design. Now I know. Thanks.
