SC has no use on a 6speed C2S so how about on a gt3

and what is meant by the 'sound package' option? are we talking insulation or is this a sound system upgrade?

SC actually does have use on a 6 speed C2S as it front loads thottle input. Some, including me, prefer this. SC does not do the same for a GT3 and does nothing for the GT3 other than add an ugly wart timer.

Sound package plus is a stereo upgrade.

scott is infamous around these parts
Are you guys sure about the sport button being seperate from SC? Because if so, then I want to delete it from my order. On the configurator, it specifically says that SC includes the sport button.

I'm certain. Porsche wants to lead you believe that SC has a purpose. Creative marketing on the configurator. There is definately a sport button sans sport chrono on a GT3. You still get all of the benefits of the sport button without SC. I have a Nov build without SC.

The 997.1 GT3 was the same way.

Delete Option 640: "The Wart" and you still get a sport button

All GT3's have a sport button.
It's standard.

LOL ya, that plus the ability to program the car to each key individually.
ie, temp, main screen, door locks, rain sensing wipers etc.

The timer is great and works well, the color graphic showing slower, equal, or faster in your peripheral vision is trick.

The biggest issue is it's interface to make it work. Very clunky, two clicks for each lap etc.

If it were interfaced to a beacon it would be superb.
