CRAZY performance #'s though.
In my book, sports cars should be small. Almost toy-like in fact. Like a Lamborghini Miura, or a Cayman!

About the Stig, I read an interesting piece that he is actually several different pilots (at least 3), besides his cousins throughout the world (personal favorite- the American cousin)...

The 918 Spyder Ring number is a computer model estimate.

Yes they are if they get 1,000 prospects willing to pay €500k each.

Simply fabulous. A third millennia version of the C-GT. The design statement is perhaps a tad less thrilling than it's predecessor, but it's got to be quite a bit more complex piece of machinery under the skin.
It's a very close #3 for me on my favorite's list; the C-GT being right behind a Ford GT. If they build it, I will figure out a way to get one. Just have to.

Awesome car. Not down with the wheels, though.

The 918 Spyder features a liquid cooled lithium-ion battery, brake energy regeneration, push-to-pass "E-Boost" button for sudden overtaking maneuvers, and four driving modes. They are: E-Drive mode for electric only powered driving; Hybrid mode, which uses both the electric motors and the V8 engine relative to driving conditions; Sport Hybrid mode uses both drive systems, but with the focus on performance; and Race Hybrid mode for hardcore performance running at the limit.

Yowza, that is one sexy car. And I typically would not use such an adjective for a P-car.

Holy craz. That is soooo hot! Could electric motors as power adders be the future of performance as we know it now?
