Green Theme: Old vs New @ SharkWerks
Now that we have settled into our new facility, the gang at SharkWerks recently decided to have an impromptu "Cars & Coffee" meet with a few of our Northern California friends. We also had a couple of special guest appearances thanks to the green Singer 911 and a certain orange Gumpert Apollo. Great opportunity to see that rare gem in person and next to Kermit
Parking before the storm...
3.9 vs 3.9
The singer911 arrives and in our favorite green:
In she goes:
The rear along with a center exit exhaust- just like another green car we know:
A very sweet air-cooled 3.8L engine:
The guys like it as does the Gumpert:
A lot of fancy work in the front area as well:
Rob (the owner) shows off the singer911:
Everything open on the singer911
I'll take it...
Boys like the gumpert:
A 997GT2 motor being worked on (not this day) and an almost finished 3.9 997GT3 on the lift:
Customer waiting area:
Some SharkWerks products mixed with our other favorite parts:
And outside we have a daily driver, 996TT cab tipronic. A 660hp 10 second one...
The 1200hp "Mayhem" from EVOMS
996 3.9 vs the Gumpert...
Some Italian trash
A few others start to show up:
A few more modded turbos outside. 700hp 997.1TT, 600hp 997.1TT Cab and a 2010 997.2TT which Todd/we had just tuned a few days earlier:
And a Noble...
Time to leave for a short drive to an event...
A quick video of the cars leaving the shop (thanks Drew!) ...

The two green machines together along with the gang...
Car-swapping...
Old lights vs "new" old lights:
Rear ends:
Rob (singer911), Sharky and Todd (EVOMS):
A closer-look at the SharkWerks "Got Fin" T-shirt. No really, quite staring!
Dan (SharkWerks) taking a breather in the Gumpert:
No dog left behind...
Thanks to everyone that came by and to our friends at Singer911 and EVOMS of course!

This is exactly why I want to come over there, get me an RS and send it right your way.
Sorry if I get a little emotional here, but you guys look soooo nice, helpful and ready to make Porsches even better cars... This side of the pond (Switzerland), dealers and "tuning shops" are full of arrogant employees that think they are something far better than you are. People here don't know what's good, it's not about the insider shops, people only know the big overpriced names like T...(you know) and so on...
The know-how is just missing... (nothing compares to the SW Bypass over here )
This is what it's all about, so for the guys that can, ENJOY IT!!!!
Looks like it was an awesome event, I hope you had a ball!
Best regards,
Yannick

Looks awesome, congrats on the move and your good looking new location!
One of the good guys in the business for sure. Wish I lived closer so I could attend the festivities.
Very cool collection of cars.

Me too... the attention to detail was insane. I sat inside the thing for like 10 mins just looking
I was always wondering what that one would look like in green and then BAM here she was
We missed you too! But at least you got to do the "other" thing with the Gumpert
Next time buddy!
Ahh thanks Paul... swing by some time. Even with that Italian trash Todd's got software for those don't ya know
Aye that was Drew a local fella who took that
Thanks ever so much for saying that sayboy... too kind and if you are around say 'allo!
Hi Yannick wow thanks for saying that and we've actually sent a few exhausts over to Switzerland although I believe the noise police are quite strict there The community here on 6speed is fantastic as there's guys from all over the world that share info and exchange things so you're in a good place
PS I actually spent some good time in Switzerland as a kid. Our school (Hill House) had an Annex in Glion (above Montreaux) and we'd spend several weeks of the year there. Fun times!
