I've looked and have never seen one in the 130's. The lowest has been 140K and most range between 150 to 160K. Again with low miles < 5,000.
Still a great deal. With the economy everything has taken a dump.

Looks like that white one has an Akrapovic exhaust system on it as well.

AFAIK, the OEM exhaust on 997 GT2's is an Akrapovic Ti system.

Remember The Quail Bonham's auction last summer...
Actually, $130K is apparently a good (read 'high') price for a '08 gt2 (congrats cc08gt2) in this lousy market.
Here is a point of reference. There was a black/black '08 gt2 with only 1317 miles at the Bonham's auction (Quail) in Carmel just last August (1 1/2 months ago). It sold for $128K inclusive of buyers premium. Bonhams stated that "the hammer price will be subject to a buyer’s premium, for MOTOR VEHICLE property the premium is 17% on the first $100,000 of the bid (hammer) price and 10% on any amount by which the hammer price exceeds $100,000." So the actual hammer price was much lower. Around $110K!!!!
