Cost to Install Sharkwerks Bypass
Yeah, they've definitely lost all credibility with me. I am happy to pay the higher labor rates at the local dealer for their expertise, and to support their business, but to also charge 4-5 more hours because of the "book hour" billing model is just over the top. Vbmw335- I'll be sending you a PM for some local shop recommendations- Thanks-
I cant comment on this single experience you had, it certainly sounds bad from your perspective.
I can however comment on having nothing but good experiences at this dealership. from multiple purchases, to service visits with cars purchased there, and elsewhere...
I am in no way blaming you Fang by saying this; but I have found that HOW YOU deal with a dealership can vastly change how THEY deal with you.

^^What happened to taking care of the customer who just dropped $100K plus at this dealership? I am sure the tune would be different if this dealership knew the negative exposure and loss of future business it just got from this thread.
You may want to re-read my first line! here it is again for you: "I cant comment on this single experience you had, it certainly sounds bad from your perspective"
"Again, NOT directed at Fang;
Ive worked in the Automotive service industry before, and just because youve spent X dollars at this dealer in the past, does not mean you have the right to act like a "king" and treat the personnel at the dealership as though they are your "subjects".
Youd be amazed (well, maybe not) how many people think and act as though they singlehandedly paid for and built 3 of the 4 walls at the dealer through their 1 or 2 purchases..these people will NEVER get the service that a humble, and intelligent customer will get.

I agree and here is where the problem is, it shouldn't matter if you spend $20K or $200K on a vehicle the point is you are a customer and should be taken care of not taken advantage of. I am very new to the $100k + car buying world but my expectations aren't any different then they were when I was buying $30K vehicles. I would venture to guess from reading post after post on this site that the majority of the members on here have the same feeling. Look at any Sharkwerks customer interaction. I'll get off my box now and go back to work to pay for this problem I have. Just felt compelled to comment.
Here you go... show this to the place doing the work
