2007 GT3 transformation
The joy of ownership of this beautiful machine never stops.....
Would like to thank you all here for the countless threads in helping me decide which route and mods to go with to make this GT3 personalized to my tastes.
BIG THANX go out to MOOTY and CARRERA GT for bearing with me for all the countless questions and a SPECIAL THANX to CARRERA GT for supplying me with the GT3 clubsport seats (which were practically new) and for the NEW/DS OEM RS wing...... These two guys practically help me build my baby!!!!
Anyways.....please join me here and take a tour of my modding enjoyment.
I acquired this 2007 GT3 November 2010 with only 2200 miles:
First mod was GT3 clubsport seats:
Next was AKRAPOVIC SPORTS CUP Exhaust from my friends at SONIC MOTORSPORTS in MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA
Next was the OZ RACING Ultraleggera wheels
7000 miles later RS Wing with painted endplates and side mirrors.....
Decided to add the side graphics to add a little spice to the look. Graphics from Kyle at K1 studios in San Diego (Porsche Stripes | Porsche Graphics | Porsche Decals | Porsche Vinyl | Porsche Stickers) and were installed by my boy Vince @ OMEGA Tintwerks in Pleasanton, CA.

"GT3 clubsport seats" where/how do get the "real deal" fixed back club sport seats states side?
Car looks great...need a half cage now to be safe. Fixed seats without rollover protection is a no no.

That GT3RS wing is 100x nicer than the regular GT3 wing, what a huge improvement, I've thought about painting my end plates too but might be too much since it's not really a GT3. Good job on your mods, looks great.
