new paint? opinions welcome

So basically , i was in a bad sand storm a few months back... car had tons of chips on it... car was black... so im repainting the car. im sick of a black cars. was thinking white, but then said how About matte pure white. what do you guys think? any other suggestions? car is being stripped down as we speak...
also just put on some centerlock monoblock bbs 19's silver colored. i know it might be a bit played out but my cars a track car. also was thinking RIVIERA BLUE, OR GREEN.

Tough call. If you are set on changing the color, I would go with the matte white - shows less wear and tear and looks clean. I think the silver wheels will go with this better. The green seems to look better with black wheels IMO. Not sure about Riviera Blue.

Painted car would hurt resale. You could always wrap it if you want to try a different colour. Also would do clear bra once painted.

Maybe stick with black and sell your car to me

I got theblues

Riv blue is cool. Mexico blue is darker and i like better. See pics. Riv on right, mex on left, but also consider adriatic blue, see gt2 996 pic. And of course oslo blue, current speedster.

I'd paint it something special. You're going to take a hit on resale regardless and you might as well have something that no else has done. The GT3 is a great car for 'standing out' in my opinion.

Now remember, this is coming from a guy with the most common color GT-3 out there.

I was reading a thread recently, can't remember where, maybe rennlist, but everyone with matte wraps for their track cars were warning people against them especially white because it turns yellow. Dont know if matte paint would be any different though.

If you do decide to change the color, how about the BMW Laguna Seca Blue from the e-46 M3's. I've always loved that color!

I like the idea of keeping it black and repairing the damaged panels, you could always wrap it later if you like.
