jakegt3 is infamous around these parts
I've only seen the coolant temperature rise above 80C/175F once and that, as I said earlier, was on a very hot day (40C/105F) on the track. On that occasion, the coolant temperature hit about 95C/200F. Otherwise it always sits on 80C/175F. But who knows how accurate the gauge really is anyway?
