Had a blast at the track on Thursday. My best lap time was 1.3 sec off my best street tire GTR lap time but the rear tires were gone after only 10 laps.

What do you think of it compared to the GTR?

 

good question....I loved my GTR...it was wicked in every way. I had it for three years and did most types of motorsport with it ...drags, 1000m airport runs, super sprints, track days etc.

It was time for a change.

This car is a totally different tool to the GTR. At this stage I am enjoying the Porsche more. It is more envolving/exiting to drive and I can't wait to get back to the track again.

I could have bought a 997.2 Turbo PDK but it is the 'NA ness' of this car is what appeals....its raw/loud/cranky...love it

Not the biggest fan of the red exterior accents but damn! It's a really nice looking car bud!
