Shark Werks Installed!!!

This weekend I installed the Shark Werks Bypass. This was a simple strait forward install. The directions provided were a great source to help along the way.

My car only has 500 miles, so there were no rusty bolts etc... But even on a car that is driven, this is a do it yourself job. On a scale of 1-10. I rate this as a 4.

I used a little tape just to make sure when I pull the bumper I did not scratch it.

With the bumper cover removed, you can see the actual support and heat shield.

Two bolts later and that is off...

The center section pulls out with some muscle. The left muffler did have to come out. Taking your time, this is all strait forward.

The new product. Made very well. Welds were amazing.

Back together, with larger tips of course!

The sound is pure sex. Hit the sport button and hit the throttle. Its awesome.

Just over 2 hours. I was very careful while doing it. I'm sure the next round will not take so long, as I have never pulled a bumper before.

Very cool. Enjoy the new sound. I noticed you have your car on ramps. Is this necessary or does it just make it a little easier?

It made it just a little easier. A lift would have been great, but my drive on lifts were not right for the job. Posts would have been in the way.
