GT3 RS

Any comments on the value of this machine? Is it worth much of a premium relative to a properly set up US gt3? I'm seriously considering going to Fla. to take a peek. TIA.

would love to see the real photos. i believe this could be one of the 2 that brought in the states. knowing it's a track car but it'd be ideal to find a one that's un-tracked in perfect shape.

RS

How does the federalizing process affect these cars? I'm thinking weight due to changes in bumper structure and ride height changes. Do they change the lightweight glass too? What else?

I was runner up bidder on this German RS

Ebay #4573513760

To get the car into the states and federalize it is going to cost very close to 20 grand. There are federal taxes and some kind of DOT tax that need to paid on top of converting the car. I was told by an importer that has brought 3 into the county and federalizd 2 (the third has a race exemption and may NEVER be used on the road) items included the following:

Gas tank
Computer(s)
All Glass
Bumpers
Exhaust System
Lights (not sure which ones)

That is one badass car!
