With a slew of GT4s coming in and out of the shop on a weekly basis, it's easy to get lost in a mental sea of Caymans. We wanted to make sure we didn't neglect the original Porsche track conqueror, the GT3. Agile, fast, and all around epic, the GT3 has been a favorite of weekend warriors for a while. With some track mastery comes the need for the necessary safety equipment and for that, many a GT3 has come to us.

This blue beauty is practically a staple at track events up and down the East coast. A longtime customer of ours, he started with a Cayman S we slowly built from the ground up as he built his experience. The time inevitably came when he grew out of his Cayman and was ready to take a big step to the next level with the purchase of this 991 GT3.

Knowing his way around a track build by this point, he wasted no time getting started. He took it to the track for a few test runs then immediately to the shop for a roll bar and harness install.

Is the material used for the roll bar 1-3/4 Chrome Moly, or DOM. Also, is it available 1-5/8 Chrome Moly. Thanks for your responce.
