The highlites 473 hp 502 ft lb of torque, less weight 3400 lbs. They expect a GT2 and sequential shifting in future models. New four wheel drive system allows better tail out driving.

Hmm... nice car of course, but visually underwhelming. With 502 lb-ft of torque at 1950 rpm, it will be deceptively quick for those 10 seconds... more so than the specs would indicate. Still not fast enough though.
On the whole, on first impression not different enough from the 996 turbo to validate an upgrade. (It seems) Not distinct enough as compared to the 997 Carrera.

Hmm this car looks even more promising despite a few things i dislike (front bumper fog with little lights going across the slit, wheels) but im looking forward to seeing future tests

I am guessing this car will end up being shoulders above the 996TT in the handling department which is what I care more about. But it is all up in the air until we get some concrete tests. Maybe a "ring" run.
