In the last post there is a link to pictures, and there is this Carrera GT i a dark red which i would like to know the name of the color. I beleive its Zanzibar red which was for sale at Champian Porsche Some months ago, but i could be wrong. Anyone have any more info on this car? Color name? More Pictures? Production Number? Thanks.

 

That looks like Zanzibar red to me. It isn't a dark color, it's pretty bright....especially in sunlight where it looks almost salmon.

My vote is the standard available color; Gaurds Red.

Digital Camera's do a funny thing when in various lighting conditions.

Ask the guy who put on the event (Renntech12) to find out who
owns and and what color/number it is.

I saw it sitting next to the 996tt with chrome wheels and assumed
it was guards red as well since they both are the same color in the pics...

definitely zanzibar.. i saw one at Champion motors here in S FL. I think there are much MUCH better colors for the car...although, im sure this color is pretty rare
