Front spring rates-996 GT3
Front spring rates-996 GT3
Did a search function and came up with nothing. I want to slightly increase the spring rate in the front only on my 05 GT3. I have used Eibachs on my old 997 with good results. My front end seems to float more than I like about 100 mph. I know that is a common thing but I also know it could be better.
Any suggestions. H&Rs, Eibachs, others?

Mind Of Motorsports in San Diego (very cool guys)
GMG in OC can do it for you too when you come to OC (they did not have their alignment machine unpacked at the time, so I went to MOM in SD)

Fabio is awesome, I have worked with him for years...
Make sure to set up a time with them before you go to GMG.
They are always slammed.
MOM basically dropped it 1/2 front and 1/4 rear from stock.
The handling was alot better after, but the car is harder to drive into malls..lmao

if your front end is "floating" at 100mph it's not because of your spring rate...and it's not a common thing for GT3's...you've got something else going on...

Also try a Cup lip before changing springs.
I have read numerous posts where drivers complained of a front end float on the GT3s. My alignment is right on. Alignment doesn't normally cause the front end to bounce without pulling, or tramlining. Mine does neither.
Just met with Fabryce today at his shop. Very nice guy. Mine will be lowered and aligned to Euro specs sometime next week. Their shop will be relocated to a new facility where Andial used to be.
