New Gt3 With Tire Monitor????????

They look great all do one thing that I saw is that the car has the Tire pressure monitored and boy o boy. Last PCA event I did they had a Cayman with it and it was a Pain in the ASSSS. If you drop tire pressure to build up on the track the system starts freaking out. Because as I was explain by several Porsche service guys I was with the system works by monitoring tire pressure and temperature. So you guys figure that out what a mess it was.
I don't know about you guys but having to be on the track with a RED warning ..... mmmm I don't know. They also told me that for US cars will be standard this system for 2007 and will not be able to be switch off except for the Cayenne.
I hope you can do so on the GT3 if not is going to be a mess. Specially if you have a separate set of tires for the track

A little piece of black tape over the warning light is going to work for me at the track But sure would be nice to be able to turn it off.

Have it on my 997 carrera and it can't be turned off. Glad it's only an option in this region.

Track season here starts in a month's time so I'll update if it's as annoying as I think it'll be.

Hopefully, the system will include the Race Circuit mode that the Carrera GT has, which allows you to preset your desired tire pressure.
