So is this one really going to have a sunroof as well?

on a serious note, are they going to even make this car ???

 

Having that hole on top, how are they planning to market the new GT2 to outsell the 996GT2 this time around....

Sad, very sad. I know alot will come here and say that its OK if its got that useless whole on top but it really isnt OK. What would be the point of it being a GT2 if it had PASM, Navigation, heated seats. It would be nothing more than a higher HP, RWD 997TT.

The more I see of that car andnot much has been out there, (DJ that is an old picture ) is that it will have to be the 996GT2 for me all over again, hopefully sooner than later.

 

Lets hope it's not just a 997TT w/ 2wd. But who knows it may comes with a CGT mid-engine.

 

I agree. If it came with that roof, a CGT motor would be about the only thing that would make up for it from my perspective. Maybe Porsche is doing me a favor by making me keep my current GT2. Thanks Wendelin.

They figured it will help offset our flatulence forces.

 

If you pay that much money for a GT2, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to spend a few K on a CF roof or something?

 

Bajo I know it's am old picture but there haven't been any more recent ones and it was a topic on my mind......I am really surprised we haven't found more spy shots

 

Who you tellin, I think I started at least 2 threads in the last 6 months asking if anyone new anything new about it. More stuff is being leaked out about the Panamera, which is an indication of where Porsche's mind is focused on.
I dont think the GT2 will not be here for awhile, long while.

but yeah im with porsche fanatic if they do come with it, just hack it off and put a c/f one up there.. that would be very cool
