997 GT3 Prices

I am thinking about getting a 997 GT3 sometime in the future, possibly a year or so from now. Do you think that the madness will stop and I would be able to get a new GT3 at MSRP at that time? Thanks.

When were GT3s going over MSRP? I have been offered several cars at MSRP in the last couple months, and the allocation slot I gave up last month supposedly is still available (white/black/pccb/bixenon) if you want me to put you in touch with the dealership.

Thanks for the replys. I was under the impression that they were going for over sticker, which I would never pay.

All you need is to put down a deposit 6 months ahead for regular GT3. For the RS you need give an arm.

GT3 can be had at sticker or very close...GT3 RS...get ready for 30K to 50K over...and that won't go away for a while...

That's correct. It's what i did and I'm paying sticker. There are a few dealers selling the RS at list (mine sold 2 at list) but quite a few are gouging.

You can get an RS at list but it is likely that having an allocation is a requirement...if you are trying to get an unallocated RS, expect a premium...

I got my GT3 at 2K below MSRP. My dealer doesn't have any allocations for 07' but if there is going to be 08' GT3 and you are willing to wait I would suggest you call him and get on his list. This sales manager is as honest as they come, he won't jerk you around. PM me if interested.
