What are the rules for 996 cabs? Do they need roll bars or are the factory pop up ones ok?

This event is one of the better driving events I have been to, such a good bunch of guys to learn from. Can't wait until the 10th!

James is there to answer questions at the track, which is always awesome to have a professional driver giving you tips!

See you guys out there!

I went last year...and it was way too much fun.
There is so much track time.
Instruction was excellent.
GMG puts on first rate events.
I am looking forward to May 10th.

haha... I used to go to the track with about 13 - 15 guys with more track time then you can handle and NO TRAFFIC.. That group of guys have since scattered.

Looking for a track day that's less crowded, just want to drive not race.

Guys

Our track days are pretty easy going with PLENTY of track time- the picture of all the cars is from the morning session ( lead and follow ) so everyone can get familair with the track. We have a mandatory drivers meeting in the morning. followed by a quick chalk talk about the track and what a driver can expect than we follow up with a lead and follow around the track to show drivers the proper line.. Then the track is green untill lunch time , lunch is than provided with a drivers meeting afterwords and open track for the remaider of the day.
You have over 6 hours of on track time, with NO run groups!! You can stay out as long or as little as you like.

At GMG we not only try to put on a fun track day but we try and educate drivers as well.. We also bring up our race transporter and provide basic service for participants such as checking tires, tire pressures , installation of track wheels along with one on one instruction if needed. We are always available to help anyone at an event. This is all provided free of charge..
I dont know of any other track days that you can get this kind of service free of charge.

Its one thing to rent a track and let people loose but its another to organize an event that is not only fun, educational and safe.

Arling, I dont recall you coming to one of our events did you have a bad experiance????????/ If so please let me know I would really like to know what we could do to improve the next one.

I would love to talk about it please call me at the shop or let me know where I can call you.

I'd love to go, but my work will prevent it right now. Keep me in mind for a future date.

This track event is anything but crowded! Last time we went out with about 30 cars and the guys were so exhausted by 2PM that the track was almost empty. (Driving for three hours straight on a track wears you out)

The afternoon session has plenty of room for anyone to feel comfortable, and the morning session is very enjoyable as well.
