Speed Lingerie in Seal for GT3

Thought I post a pic or two for color purposes. A bit of a struggle to get on by yourself for the first time. Guess that's why they mention use of a helper person...Pics are dark as they were just taken in garage with a flash....

Rockit,
I have thought about getting this as well. Do you also have the clear bra or whatever it is called? I am wondering which to get. My only fear on the clear bra is finding someone here qualified to do a proper installation. Will you use the speedlingerie on the track?

I agree...It's very hard to find someone to do the clear bra right. I have heard of one guy who does a great job and he is out of Florida I believe and will fly up to your locale to do the install. You of course cover travel and lodging expenses. It also will not protect the radiator fins from getting dented when stones fly up, so all in all I liked this idea and when you want it off, it's off. Not so with the clear bra and I hear they can yellow over time. I really don't care for the looks and with the speed lingerie, you get more protection and can pull it off when you want...

The guy in FL that travels around doing Invinca-Shield installs is named Alan and his e-mail is invincaman@cfl.rr.com. He'll be doing the install on my GT3 when it arrives. I prefer the film to a regular bra since it's always there and after 2 years on my Cobalt Blue Boxster S there was no sign of yellowing nor was it very noticible unless the car was dirty.

Hey Steve, Where is this traveling clear bra guy based?

This is my thinking in regards to the potential "yellowing" of clear bra material. It is easier to remove and replace the clearbra when it yellows than it is to repaint the bumper and hood.

Just put it on yesterday. Have not driven the car yet, but since it fits so tightly, I don't expect to see any flapping problems...
