If anyone is seriously interested, there may be a US '05 Gulf Blue Carrera GT with 192 miles coming to market....It has an Ascot interior....

Obviously a unique paint to sample colour....buyer said to be looking at 400k.

What do you guys think ?

Although it's Porsche factory car, I consider it in a different category in comparison to other "normal" CGT's. And because of that, I wouldn't have any qualms furthering that idea, SO I think some black/white houdstooth seat inserts would be great on that color. Very classic.

Color doesn't work well on the CGT. Car is too big for that color. Looks much better on a 993TT or S.

ehh, that car isn't edgy enough to pull that color off... works well on the Gallardo, not so much on the GT.

 

Is that the car? Maybe just the pic, but I'd sooner call that baby-blue than gulf blue. Unless there was some gulf orange to....indicate? the colors origins...

 

Ugly in my opinion, but to each their own.

 

hate that color, makes the car look like it belongs to paris hilton or something, anyhow some people might like the different color, so either way, shouldnt cost more than standard

 

I second the fact that the color does not suit the car, although its very cool, I think there would have to be a VERY specific buyer for that car. Take the Champion "not original" paintjob on thier Carrera GT, it sat in the showroom for ages, i still dont know if they sold it or not.
