what if you're not 10 minutes away would you drive 3 hours to get work done on your car before talking to the person doing the work about it and what it involves etc?

Okay. It appears that a few non-local individuals have had some trouble getting parts and/or technical assistance. While I am not going to beat a dead horse here, we've identified any breakdowns in communication and are addressing them. We have a new parts manager who will take your calls and who should be able to take care of your parts needs. We value the parts business and are investing in the infrastructure needed.

If you have any future problems getting response from us, please give me a call or drop me an email.

Farnbacher and specifically Kip and Spencer over there have been extremely helpful in setting up my GT3. These guys understand the car inside/out and I can't say enough about their expertise re the GT3. Re customer service - I have had no issues with them and they have always been responsive with my requests.

Spoke with Roger and Kip today. They were very helpful and confident in their product. No problem setting up an appointment. Can't wait for the suspension upgrade.

As many of you know my problems with other turners that have worked on my car. All I can say is my car has found a home at Farnbacher Loles. Their facility is state of the art to say the least. I have been working with them for about 5 months know to fix issues I had with other turners. Kip and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and very professional in how they treat my car and me as their customer. No problems with communications Heather in the office calls me or emails me updates on my service status and Kip is always their to answer my technical questions.
They know service and prep the car for all track events which now that the car is running unbelievable I am doing about 2 to 3 track events per month and having a blast. I have put all my trust and personal safety into there skilled hands. They have resolved all my issues to date can't be happier with this company.
By the way Kip let me take their new Cayman GTR out for a blast the other day you guys have got to drive this very impressed on their set up of the car!
I talked to Kip about their new GT3 which I am interested in as a additional track car. Checked it out in the shop very very nice set up. Looking into next year to pull the trigger.

I've heard nothing but glowing thing about them. I called them last yr about some work they were very nice. I went on a metronypca open house there last yr, very cool, mario andretti was hangin' out, cool.
They are a bit of a hike for me, or else I'd be there, slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for I think.

Oh , ... and it will get worse people. Spencer *** is no longer at FL. He has joined Rick Deman from Deman Motorsports in New York. Rick is known to do very good work. For street and race cars. Looks like Spencer just had enough of all the BS there.
