I found an Itahca 6 speed spider today.

Will the Heffner TT's pass CA smog?

Won't have to for awhile.

With cats my other one made 24n less HP ran clean
as far as smog goes.

Like Wayne said, wont have to for awhile. It will be 6 years before you need to pass a smog test before you can get your registration renewed.
