**VIDEO** 1,250 whp Twin Turbo R8 by Underground Racing

Here is the video of the first Underground Racing Twin Turbo V10 R8. This is our Stage 3 build with a full engine build making 1000+ whp on pump gas and 1250+ whp on race gas. I'm sure we will see a video of this Audi racing against a TT Gallardo.

what kind of trans? is it a dual clutch?

 

No, the R-tronic in the R8's is essentially the same as the E-gear in the Lambos, i.e., automated manual. May have slightly different software but the hardware is the same AFAIK.

how about the manual version of the car, is that tranny good for the same power levels as the ttg or better/worse in stock fashion?

 

What amounts of torque will the transmission in that R8 hold?
