The car is owned by an old man in Hawaii who is very ill and needs to sell. He can no longer drive. The problem is it needs some TLC. It has been parked outside since purchased and needs a serious detail/paint. Car has 12k miles. Also needs new wheels and some minor body work due to curbing.

Who in the right mind would park this car outside for 3-4 yrs? If you can afford the car, you should have a garage for it... Any service done to the car? Hope it goes to a good home to stop the neglect.

 

Seems like a good price for such a great car. Except for the obvious abuse it seems to have gone through.

 

it just shows how much money this guy has... he doesn't care that much about a 300k car.. lol!

Yes unfortunately the car is a little beat up...I give the owner a lot of credit for being able to make such a commitment and enjoy his hard earned money the way he did. We are looking to help the owner move the car out. I can sell it in as is condition or I can have all the servicing completed, have all the body work handled, and replace with wheels with some custom forged, but it will obviously bring the cost up considerably.

He babies it. Remember this is Honolulu. Speed limit is 35mph in most places and not much room to stretch this car out. He is in his late 80s and has his wife by his side wherever he goes. I seriously doubt he is coming anywhere close to this cars limits. As far as I know, no accidents. There is some curb rash on some of the lower body panels and wheels, that is due to the small roads and simply not paying attention.

 

The first pic was taken before Dave cleaned her up. This car is normally parked at the boat harbor near Ala Moana in Honolulu. He has covered it in the past but as he got more and more ill he stopped. The cost to ship a car from Honolulu to Long Beach CA was $868.00 last time I checked. Getting it from CA to FLA depends on what carrier you use.
