Sports Exhaust

Has anyone heard anything on the sports exhaust yet? I tried contacting PNA and they referred me to my sales advisor who hasn't heard yet either. By the looks of the white Macan Turbo video it appears it has the sports exhaust possible due to the black tips? My car has a March build date and i'm hoping this won't be an option the release later in the year and i'll miss out.

My guess would be an October add to the option sheet like the new interior/exterior options.

The German pricelist mentions 10/2014 for several options (although there's nothing about a PSE unfortunately), but I am confused about what 10/2014 means.
It can be week 10 or month 10. Porsche often uses both in their documentation.... Let's hope it's week 10-2014. That would be in march and that makes sense.

The white turbo model in the video does not have any button to actuate the PSE on its console, so I would guess that the car in that video does not actually have PSE fitted. Given how good the exhaust sounds on that car, I'm not inclined to spend any money on PSE even if it does become available in time for my build.

But the white one is Turbo. Won't the "S" sound different?

Here's something interesting. Porsche has removed all references to the Sports Exhaust that debuted with the website reveal.

Here is the link for it, giving a 404 error.

Here is the Cached page, with original content:

Interesting....this was the last option I've been patiently awaiting, but perhaps it is standard...right!

Anything at this point is speculation, but I think it's reasonable to assume that the turbo model will sound different than the S model. The S may be more subdued than what's in the video, but since PSE isn't even an option at this point, I'm not sure we have a choice if we want the car upon release.

There will almost certain become a sports exhaust available. Maybe with the change of the MY in june/july or so. Porsche always keeps adding new options, even within a MY. No idea why, but they always do it that way.

My Build Sheet shows a MY2015 with a March Build. I'm betting it will be released around October.

Mmm... That means all Macans are MY2015. Didn't know that.

A lot of options, such as the sapphire blue and some additional two-tone interiors will be available from 10/2014, which actually means week 10 (I asked it at my dealership yesterday), so I guess the sports exhaust will also become available around that time.

What does week 10 translate to in "Porsche Time"? 10 weeks into 2014 is mid-March. +10 weeks from start of production could be June/July depending on when March Production begins.

that doesn't make sense at all porsche now offering new strategy thats mostly every models are introduced together with all options started with the new panemra , then the 991 turbo and s models , why would the macan just not have sports exhaust ?
