Lightbulb C63

Drove one this morning. Wow am I impressed. The seats are right out of the CLK63 'BLACK EDITION'. Amazing comfort. Full power seats w/ memory both sides as well as power steering column.

Ride was excellent with incredible feedback- and not intrusive when encountering bumps. Telepathic.

And the SOUND. If you want to hear what satan himself sounds like- lean into the throttle with your right foot. And it makes a lovely 'blip' when down shifting- as a proper car should. I tried to confuse it but modulating power and braking; and it blipped perfect without tripping up.

I would seriously consider this car. It's not like any AMG product you've ever driven. If you guys/girls/kids are in the market- to quote Jermey Clarkson: "It's an Axe murder with headlights." -Indeed!

Hmmm... Maybe I should withdraw my deposit from BMW...
Sounds like a great car. Can't wait to test one out.

It definitely looks better than the M, IMHO...

How was the other interior components on the car? They look very nice in pictures, as did the 06-07 C230 Kompressor, but when I sat in the car everything was very cheapy! I was worried about that with the C63

Honestly what get's my goat about this car is the dash. That having been said the Blackend Birdseye Maple wood is verrry nice on the doors and around the gear selector. The seats- Words do NOT describe or highlight how incredible they are. Simply the best. (But, if you're a big person aka LARGER you'll feel squeezed in the seats)(I'm 5'11" 190lbs)

While I did love some of the aspects of the older C Class interior, I know that without a doubt you'll look over any of this cars short comings (not any that I can think of) and simply be wowed by this car.

I took my friend back to drive himself. He nearly shat himself. The grin on his face said it all.
