G55 is still one of my fav suv. i think the front looks nicely improved especially the front bar. i'd clip a plastic cover over the star emblem on front grille to prevent rock chips. many lexus have this thing.

The blacked out rims look more monochromatic. I personally think either way is fine.

wow love the new look. Couldnt tell by the pic, but did you also paint the spare tire surround? Id go with the badgeless grille for the front rather than the painted symbol. How much to powdercoat everything???

Everything except the clear lenses on the side mirrors were blacked out. I'm happy with the results.

consider doing up the exterior like the other G wagon in Tokyo in this same forum. i really like the brabus front sans grill on the jpn G.
