C63 or CLS63?

I currently have a R8 but with the baby arrived I am looking at what I can trade the R8 in for. (don't tell me s-class. as much as i like it, it feels like a chauffer driving one. (I'm 32.)) so can I as for suggestion and why?

My thoughts were,

Merc.
E is due for replacement.
B too small.
SLK, CLK, SL and CL not baby friendly
ML, just no.
S feels like driving boss' car
G, GL and R not available in Korea

others being considered,
Cayenne TT(or TTS) <not bad but a little pricy for a fake porsche (only 911 is porsche)>
RR HSE sc <was told off buying a RR>
RS6 <need to wait>
S8 <old>
M5<5-er soon to be replaced and a few more yrs for M>
M3 4dr<overpriced>
7-er <same as s-class>

How about the new S4 that will be released towards the end of this year? Or is it an immediate purchase thing?

All AMG products are amazing. Atleast my E55 is amazing. The CLS63 is beautifully designed. If it was my choice, no question, CLS63!

Don't know the price in your country. If you can live with C-Class size, thats the best value sport sedan on the market!

My mother was getting ready to grab a CLS 63 but held off cuz my wife and I are trying to have kids and she thought you had to keep a baby seat in the "middle" of the back seat. The CLS is 2+2 and has a center console in teh back. Any truth to that??

CLS is the way to go. More pricy then C63 but its design is much different from the norm. Very low swooping ....love it!

the baby seats are recommended to go to the side not on the console, i.e. you will have a 2+1 car now.
