I'm a member of that forum as well and asked the same question, but against the 997 turbo. At that time, I was leaning towards the 997 since it's the newer car but I think I've decided that I'd rather not spend the extra money at this point in time. I also prefer the lines of the 993 over the 997.

It seems that everyone who owns a BS loves their car. If I was comparing a stock 993 turbo vs. the BS, I think I'd go BS. It's the Ruf package car that's making me really consider the 993. Kevin's red Ruf R pics aren't making the decision any easier.
