evosport - CLK63 Black Series with HRE CF40
Guys,

We just did another set of Carbon wheels on a Black Series. This set I was not sure about, but IMHO, they came out great (especially on a black car)

Looks great. I've seen similar wheels from HRE, and it's one of those gotta see them in person. They would have also looked good in all black. You guys modify A LOT of Black Series!

Personally not a fan of the black lip on the wheels - it makes the wheels look immensely smaller, thus destroying the look of any car - i have yet to see wheels with a black lip make any car look better... no exception here

Not sure if you realized, but they are carbon fiber. Painting them would be a shame!

Agreed stocks are perfect on this car. These are also great looking are they lighter then the stock wheels?

Agree with Dave....
the black/carbon lips just give the illusion that something's "off"...
But you need to have a prayer meeting with whoever is doing your mounting, or your tire supplier.....that LR has got a ton of weight on it. Anything that needs that much weight ain't round somewhere.

Seen this car in person. The wheels look better in person than in pictures, but still not sure about it on a Black

Not a fan...
Wheels can make soooooo many positive changes to so many cars, but I think the stock BS wheel is perfect for that car. A BS with these wheels - especially on the black car - well, it just looks like another 'ricer' to me...sorry...JMHO.
