value of 03 clk55

Anyone have an idea of what a 03 clk55 is really worth with less than 30K miles? what kbb says and what mb dealers say are thousands of dollars apart.

Don't go by the dealers price. KBB is a starting point, use autotrader to see what similar CLK55's are going for and base your price around where the market is.

Those cars are just so/so merchandise right now. On the wholesale level the car is probably worth right around $30,000 depending on other equipment levels etc. To the ignorant consumer, they may be impressed by the AMG badge allowing the MBZ dealer to take full advantage. Fair retail on that car, if it is certified through MBZ would be mid-upper $30,000s.

I already traded his 03 CLK55 on a 4,000 mile 05 E55 I had. I am sure he appreciates all the input though!

That's exactly what my dealer is giving me on my '03 CLK55 ($30k + the tax advantage).
