E63 with Panoromic roof, sounds monsterous and a S/C kit is nearly out by Kleemann for now you can have an Ecu update, drop in filters, charcol filters removed, rear catbypass pipes and resonator removed for an xpipe in addition to Headers. That should put you to 565hp as an assumption.
Plus the E63 has more torque and its an MB less buttons to fiddle with an not that complicated.

SMG M5 is crap IMO. Go for the E63 if you want the automatic. Go for the M5 manual if you want a stick and don't mind dealing with idrive. I was never impressed with the 5-series interior but it was just redone so now it should be better, still I hate that idrive so I'd probably go with the E63.

I have both and they both serve different purpose.
If you're goin to use it as DD, and especially in a place with heavy traffics, the 63 would prevail IMO. The low end torque is just amazing compared to the M5.
If you want a more engaging drive then go with the M5. P500 Sport, S6, EDC Sport, DSC off: it just can't get any better.
