FS: 2 Pioneer ELITE Plasma TV's

I have a basically brand-new Pioneer PRO-1130HD 50" plasma TV and I also have a basically brand-new Pioneer PRO-940HD 42" plasma TV for sale. Both are complete with all boxes, etc... Both have balance of Pioneer ELITE 2-year warranty.

$2,650 for the 50" and $1,500 for the 42".

These both are the ELITE models.

Located in SF Bay Area and prefer not to ship.

This was discussed over at AVS quite a bit, but for the price difference do you think the Elite is the way to go? I believe for the 60" it was around 1500 (not sure about this) more for the Elite, but then again I heard they were almost identical.
