Do Panerai's have the radioactive hands that are continuously illuminated?

 

Radioactive material used in watches is tritium. It was made illegal for watch use in the 90's. Today Panerai use super luminova which doesn't have a 12 year half life like tritium and glows much better although it needs to be charged in light for a moment. They do glow all night long though. Luminova also does not discolor with age as tritium does.
