My Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens is still in mint condition and very rarely used (no original box though).

I will INCLUDE the lens hood (I bought this separately) and also four Tiffen 58mm filters (never used).

I want to do a straight trade with a Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS with the lens hood.

Not a really good pic (took the pic with a 6-yr old digicam), but here's the lens look like from the front...

Curious why you want the 28-135...considering the L lenses in your collection that you are not considering the 24-105L?

I'm thinking about getting that L IS lens but since I will be using the IS lens just couple times every year, only for taking moving and panning shots, it's not really worth it. The 28-135mm IS would be enough.

Here some of panning shots I took with my regular 24-70mm L lens (with an IS lens, the quality would be better)...

I hear you...makes sense...I am ordering the 24-105 tonight and selling my 28-135IS...which I bought about a month ago..

I can use the width for walk around lense..

the 28-135 is a very nice lense..also not heavy like the 24-70 which I used last night...I forgot how big that lense is!

ahhh i just sold my 28-135 otherwise i would've done the trade. I just bought a 17-40 f4 L and am very quickly realizing that it definately cannot be my only lens. Debating over getting another 28-135 or getting the Sigma 24-70 2.8. Can't afford to keep buying L's!!!
