Slingbox AV *Brand New*

I won a Slingbox AV but don't need it. It's Brand New and in the sealed, unopened box. If you haven't seen this in action it's pretty amazing being able to watch all your cable channels wherever you go.

More info at http://us.slingmedia.com/page/statichome

I'm selling for $110 shipped in the Continental US.

i've always been interested in these things. does it really work well?

if someone is watching tv at home on the cable box the sling is connected to, can you watch a different channel on your computer?

Mr Kram, the slingbox rocks.
A couple of my buddy's have em and they work very well indeed.

Very cool to be anywhere and catch your programs whenever you want, or watch your DVR. Or in my case, keep Fox News on all the time...

Good deal from jamba. Someone should jump on it.

Yup...as chokeu2 stated, you can even watch what's on your DVR. I saw it on my co-worker's computer using his cell phone as a modem and the streaming was still amazing (of course over a cable modem would have a much clearer picture).

you can only watch what the box/dvr is using. It basically controls that box and streams it for you.

It depends how it is set up. My SlingBox has a tuner so what I watch on basic cable is independent of what is being watched on the TV at home. If you watch through a cable box, DVR or satellite the SlingBox has cords to control channel changing and so on and you have to watch what the box is putting out - i.e. what the folks at home are watching.
