I'm thinking about going Sunday morning. I almost picked up a gsg-5 yesterday at VA arms, but I figured I would see if I could find it cheaper and maybe sell my AR at the show. What are you looking to get?

why would you sell your ar15 to get a .22 cal ?? the 223 offers much more stopping power and everyone needs atleast one ar15 per household

Hey Misanor - I'm going to try tomorrow but just recalled it's Valentine's Day so might be tough. May still try though. I'm new to the gun game, so I was thinking a smooth, simple, reliable handgun to start, then move on to the bigger and better things in life.

I was looking for a Glock originally, but thinking Sig would be smoother from what I'm hearing. I think the Secret Service have them as a standard issue. Open to learning from folks though and being a regular at the range this year. Lemme know.

I love my AR and I'm not necessarily looking to replace the AR with the .22, but the AR just costs so damn much to shoot. The best deal on ammo for it I've found so far is 50 rounds for 30 dollars. That's not even two full magazines! It got me thinking when I looked further down the isle and found 100 rounds of .22 for 8 bucks I wont let me AR go unless I get a reasonable deal which I didn't get at the last gun show so I don't expect to get any better offers tomorrow. I just know I would shoot a lot more if I didn't have to spend 100 dollars on ammo every time I wanted to shoot. Plus I've kinda been thinking about going for a SBR.

Berk, let me know what time you plan on going up there. Did you get my last PM btw?

if you buy .223 buy the case , you can get it for .40 cents per round. guns shows usually have good ammo prices
