need guidance for setting up a will

Completely new to this, so any insight would be great. Having a son now it means more to me to make sure I have everything covered for him in the event something happens to us. Thanks.

Baby Gorilla is infamous around these parts
I finally got around to this last summer. My wife and I met with an attorney in Fairfax. He wasn't cheap, but this is not the kind of thing you want to mess around with, and he was excellent. He drew up a will, trust, and power of attorney for each of us. Obviously, the point is to benefit your children (or whoever you designate) as much as possible and minimize the amount they are taxed. I can PM you his info if you like.

Edit: Plus, I think he's kind of a car guy.
