UPDATE!!

Dash and pod installed. Heater box, all vacuum actuators rebuilt, resealed, super clean AC evaporator and heather core.

Still cleaning up some more wiring and waiting for the center console to come back.

Can't wait to DRIVE it again, too!

Take another look man, the top of the dash is all alcantera, the face is leather. It looks and feels incredible.

Rob will be shipping the center console back in 6 weeks so everything will match up. Can't wait!

In the meantime I'll install my other console so I can drive the thing, I've had it apart since thanksgiving.

Must be tough not driving for that long, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Can't wait to see it (or feel it rather).

Got that right, I hate not driving it. And now I just had surgery on my wrist so wrenching is a no-no for a few weeks. All will be good with both me and the car soon!

More work done on the car today. Got it back together far enough to drive, but my leather console isn't here yet, so the old one is back in for now. Still need to put the passenger seat back in, too.

whew DONE.

console is in.
Dash Is In
Pod is In.

Everything Works that's supposed to - no more vacuum leaks behind the dash, hjeater box is rebuilt, all AC seals replaced. Still need to keep going forward toget the AC working again, but this is major progress. The difference when you get in the car is huge. I dare say it's more refined than sunir's Aston!

Fraggle it's coming along well... But you need some deviated stitching in there bro! As for Aston Martin interiors, everything is connolly leather, metals, or real wood finish... It's a pain in the butt to keep clean imagine treating a leather seat then having to do the same for almost every panel inside! Your interior is more manageable and of excellent quality... Red deviated stitching would be perfect for your car ... Keep up the excellent work buddy !

I convinced myself the deviated stitch would be too much red. I don't want to lose some of the period feel of the 928, just wanted to update the feeling of quality - and it sure did!
