Who has a good mobile detailer that does not charge a million dollars to clean a car? I researched this section but no mention of any mobile detailers. I have used the same person for years but I'm not interested in a $400 detail.

They probably do just nobody comes here anymore it seems like.

I can't find the name of the guy but he's affiliated with Aktiv automotive in Gaitherburg. Call Kevin Lucas at 301-869-3200 and tell him you're friends with John McLean, the guy who had the Aston that was detailed last summer. He will get you the name of the actual detailer.

There were two guys who came to my house to do the paint correction my car needed. They easily put in 40 man hours on the car. His original quote was for $650, but he obviously under quoted compared to what was needed. The guy was just **** about getting it right and being thorough. He would not accept more than the original quote nor would he take a tip. I'll be having him come back this Spring.

Here's another....ExecuClean mobile services (NOVA and DC Metro area...they offer a variety of cleaning/detail services and are excellent/very reasonable.

I scheduled an appointment for next Thursday to have both my Passat's detailed with ExecuClean. I will let the group know what I think next week.

Planning to call these guy up on Monday and book an appointment towards the end of July. Do they also perform a full-on paint correction?

 

Well Execuclean was a one shot wonder. Labee has left the company and I have tried unsuccessfully for two weeks to contact the company for an appointment. No reply to texts only one call back on many voicemails. It's a real bummer.

Anyone have another company to recommend. I have two more cars to clean.
