Hey guys,

Just joined this forum, as I am helping my dad out in purchasing a used SL65 AMG. We live in Toronto, but I will be doing a little trip with him later this week. We are heading down to Connecticut, he is visiting a friend of his who has been holding some parts for his 'Cuda as well as for some of his vintage bimmers. We are then shooting over to Michigan, I am buying a dirtbike, and we are spending some time with some family there. Next is Chicago... my mom is flying in to meet us. We are probably going to stay for a few days.

Anyways after the Canadian Autoshow in Feb. 2010, my dad told me he really likes the SL63 AMG, and I showed him on autotrader.com that down in Chicago there were a few SL65 AMGs for sale in the 60-70 thousand dollar range. He was content to say the least! We are hoping at looking at one when were are there, and taking it for a test spin (they are rare up in Canada, I don't think I've ever seen one in real life up here). If he likes it, he will probably buy it later in August/early September.

To cut to point of the thread - I was wondering if you guys could recommend any used dealers in Chicago? I've found 3 SL65's at "Exotic Motors", but have read some mixed opinions about that dealership. They seem to be the only ones that have a used SL65 in stock. Mercedes of Orland Park has an 08, with about 20,000 miles, and they are asking $105,000. Seems to be a bit high compared to the prices at Exotic Motors.

So can anyone reccomend another dealer that has some used SL65 AMGs?
