Just bought a pre oowned Mini Cooper S!
2005 with what looks like sports package,heated seats,xenons.
Im still trying to figure out the packages on it.
This one has a drivers info center(where on some Coopers the speedometer is,mine has all the oil pressure,water temp etc gauges)also it has the digital AC system not the one with *****.Can anyone shed some light?No leather and no Moon roof's.

I also own a G37 S Coupe,and a CSRT8,and and i just sold my 04 CLK 55.
I just talked to M7 i belive it is Motorsports about a Pulley upgrade.
Can anyone share their experience with the Pulleys?Im talking explain the difference in performance vs stock.

the guage cluster that you described is known as the "chrono package". the digital AC is another stand alone option that was available. it was also included w/ the "premium package", but that included a moon-roof and a few other things.

the pulley upgrade is the single best bang/$ for a supercharged MINI. 15% is totally safe and will add significant power. if doesn't matter which vendors pulley you choose. 17% will add even more boost under most conditions and many have run them for 100k miles w/ no issues. 19% pullies are pushing the envelope as the waterpump starts to cavitate and the added heat absorbs gains from the pulley. i have a 15% pulley that i rev to 8k rpm on the track and have no issues. do it now! CAI's add very little hp, but an intoxicating sound. cat-back's also add only a few hp, but sound good (for the most part). performance mods beyond this get expensive, but the sky is the limit. 2.0 liter strokers, w2a intercoolers, new eaton TVS blowers, suspension, brakes, etc are all fun ways to $pend.

So the chrono package usually comes with premium?i know i dont have premium packake for sure,i do have the digi climate control and the chrono!I don't think the car needs more than that!
I will do the pulley soon!

 

glad to help. the chrono package isn't part of the other available packages, but the digital AC is included w/ the premium package (but can be ordered separately, as was done w/ your car).
